Spaghetti Squash

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper


Cut Squash in half and remove seeds. Coat cut side with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Pierce the back of the squash to release steam. Place in a 400° oven for 40 – 60 minutes.

Let cool slightly, then using a fork, remove the strands of squash.

Top with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
