Pecan Pie
3 Eggs
1 C Brown Sugar
1 t Butter
1 C Corn Syrup ( I use dark)
1 C Pecans
1 t Vanilla
Dash of Salt
1 Pie Shell

Cream butter and sugar. Add syrup well beaten eggs, salt, and vanilla. When well mixed, add the coarsely chopped pecans. Turn to a pie plate lined with pastry. Bake in a moderate oven until firm. ( I did 365° for about 45 min)
