Bran Muffins

1 15oz box Raisin Bran
1 Cup Melted Butter
2 Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 Quart Buttermilk
5 Cup Flour
5 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 tsp Cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients, nuts and spices in large bowl. Add butter and beaten eggs, and buttermilk.
Store in a covered container in refrigerator and use as desired. NOTE: DO NOT STIR AGAIN!
Drop spoonfuls in muffin tin. Bake at 375° for 15 – 20 min. Makes about 4 dozen.
