Picante Sauce

1 Gallon or 4 28oz cans tomatoes
2 Onions
4 Bell Peppers
5 Carrots
1 Cup Jalapenos
1 Cup White Vinegar
5 Cloves Garlic
Tabasco Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Chop all vegetables finely. Bring to simmer over medium high heat. Once simmering, reduce heat to maintain simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
You can leave it chunky or use a blender to get the consistency you desire.
Makes 1 Gallon of sauce.
